Fremont, CA (May 29, 2024) — Phihong, a renowned manufacturer of dependable and economical power conversion solutions, has expanded its industrial open-frame power supply portfolio by adding new 100w, 150W & 240W models.
All models operate from 85VAC to 264VAC and provide full output power over a -10° to +70°C temperature range for altitudes up to 5000m. Utilizing Japanese E-Caps and leveraging a ZVS half-bridge technology with active PFC, all models are 92% efficient with ultra-high reliability. All models have conformal coated PCBAs to protect against moisture, dust, and chemical pollutants, which are common in industrial applications
All models bear UL recognized, TUV, CE, and UKCA compliance markings, meet FCC and EN55032 Class B conducted emissions and are equipped with short circuit, over current, over voltage, and over temperature protection features.
The 100W models are available in single output voltages of 12V and 24V and measure 6.1 x 2.44 x 1.32”. There is also an additional 24V output version available with “power boost” supporting a peak output of 206.4W for 10 seconds.
The 150W models are available in single output voltages of 12V and 24V, and measure 6.3 x 2.96 x 1.46”. There is a 24V output variation in the series that supports a peak output of 302.4W to 10 seconds.
The 240W models are available with a single output voltage of 24V and measure 7.09 x 3.3 x 1.65”. There is a variation of the model available with power boost supporting peak output of 480W for 10 seconds and a second variation available with the power boost feature as well as remote on/off feature.
